    I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from DESIREE (June 18th, 2025). She’s extremely rude and dismissive. Due to her unacceptable behavior, I’ll be closing my account especially with someone like her representing FLAGSTAR in dearbourn. I’ve never experienced such treatment from any other bank i’ve used. I applied for a line of credit credit card over the phone on June 5th, which I believe Desiree processed. I was informed that I would receive a letter in the mail, but it has been nearly two weeks with zero communication. They’ve already ran my credit which shows a hard inquiry on my credit report. Today, June 18th, I contacted the bank to request a status update, and Desiree was extremely aggressive, dissmissive and rude. She stated that she is unable to check the status and cannot assist me.

    Don't bank here.. especially if you're business, they'll close your account two weeks later without prior notice. Their employees don't even know how to use the "new" bank system either. Waste of time and now my funds are in the "mail". This bank won't last too long.

    Bad customer service across the state they cheat you out of your money. They don’t tell you the truth about an account and then they turn around and they charge you fees. Claiming to be for inactivity in spite of I have asked them many times and visited multiple branches they still don’t tell you the truth and the minute you leave or months later they turn around and charge you. When you call them, all they say is : we are sorry we can not do anything about it. I have tried to speak to the number you have provided customer service and also walked in to 2 or 3 branches non of them were willing to assist. So I am not sure what else your 1888 customer service would do.
