- TCTom ChaseMar 6, 20261.0We came in to use Notary Services and all we needed was to have a signature notarized. We were told to wait as the person was busy. After 5 or 10 minutes we asked if it would be much longer and we were told that we should have made an appointment for this service and she was still busy. He told us that the person was busy applying for a position at another branch, we asked him why does their personal business come before serving customers? His response rudely was we should have made an appointment. We've been a PNC customers for over 15 years and the service is getting worse and worse. I am going to find other places to do my banking.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any bank so far. It’s clear this location does not value its customers. There is absolutely no reason I should be waiting an hour just for a single signature. On top of that, the manager looked directly at me and still continued to help people who walked in after me, instead of assisting the customers who were already waiting. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will never return to this location. Awful service.
