  I have to find a new bank for my ssdi money. The bank lied to me when I was asking questions about the 2 factor id withdrawal that is now in place. They can't keep there own story straight on why. But they will make you use your bank card with a pin and your state id and or your state id and one other form of picture id (ssn card will not be good enough). Independent bank will let you take money out of your account with just your state id. and pnc bank will not let you log into your online bank and will charge you if you don't have online banking set up if you use a vpn !!!

  Every time I come to this bank to buy rolls of change for my vending machines they tell me they dont have change.......Pretty useless bank if you ask me. Half of the time the teller doesn't even let me finish my sentence before they cut me off..Rude and inconsiderate people. Another time I came to take $20,000 out in cash and they tried to tell me they prefer to give me a cashier's check instead of the cash. They say it's too dangerous for me to walk around with that kind of money. Last time I checked it's not their job to tell me what is safe and not safe...... they kept arguing with me so I told him I wanted all the money out of my bank account in cash and I would be closing my account. Then they proceeded to tell me they don't have that kind of cash on hand......I told them to figure it out because Im taking it all out today! I don't understand how a bank doesn't have $70,000 cash on them when they have everybody's money from at least the whole County. And I don't appreciate people telling me what I can and can't do with my own money! Try focusing on doing your job instead of trying to be an advocate for safety or professional advice! Just do what you're paid to do, give me my money. More hand movement, less mouth movement!
