  Four visits in 2 days because they were too incompetent or unconcerned to produce the correct form and the manager didn't care. They processed a mortgage with the mortgage rep not great experienc. I went to open an account I had to go to the branch four times within like 2 days before they presented me with the right form. The manager was sitting at his desk just looking at his computer when I went in there and a young guy at the desk had headphones on and was doing something on the computer. I waited he handed me the form to fill out with his headphones on while he was training on the computer I was told by the manager. I signed it give it back they called wrong form. I came back signed another form they called again later that day by now lady that had worked there for a long time was able to get me to sign something that was the fourth time the third time I did not want to go back to that location because it was kind of scary people hanging around outside ther by Gratiot bus stop. I went to the branch on Garfield they were supposed to send a message and be ready when I came in. I enter the one on Garfield she brought the form out and had me sign it. They still call me back the next day and said it was the wrong form. That's when I went back to the one on Gratiot and fourth time I spoke to a lady there that knew what she was doing. I think the manager is responsible for this many debacles not only did he seem like an arrogant imbecilic who made excuses for his employee with the headphones on. But he was just sitting there going through emails or something. I was trying to process my mortgage and I needed to open an account so I put up with their BS. I would not open the account there ever. Stincking

  Horrible attitude I will never come back to Flagstar again. The people that work here are rude and have no clue what they are doing!

  I go here all the time. They might need to update their camera for their ATM though cause I used to be able to deposit checks with ease folded up or not and now it keeps saying error. That's just my input if the ATM works for you then good.

  I am so disappointed in the bank company I switched to Flagstar thinking that they were good and thought I could trust them to be my bank. I was wrong, they have a bad habit of taking back payments for no reason claiming its insufficient funds when in reality it's not. Everytime I try to make a payment to my credit cards they take it back and I get stuck with constantly having to keep trying to make the same damn payments again. I'm done, closing my account and going somewhere else.
