  Horrible bank! Offered early direct deposit only to take it away two weeks later with no warning!! Also they are now going to hold money for days without any care of how it will affect current customers, they decided to closer earlier on Fridays and close all day Saturdays ( get this, citing reason is better customer care, like what??), its so they can hold your check deposit for several days, shady! I have been with them for almost 2 decades and this is how they treat loyal customers, going to a credit union! Do better flagstar, DO NOT bank here, take your hard earned money elsewhere.... update *** now my direct deposit is missing, seriously go to another bank!!!!

  Let me save you some time- go to a different bank. It is the slowest bank ever. The simplest banking need takes FOREVER, even if your the only one in the entire bank. I have had multiple people say this as well and we have all moved banks. Just save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere. Also, what bank isn't open on Saturday? The worst experiences ever.

  $7.50 to cash a check drawn off of your own bank, by a valued customer in good standing with your establishment is akin to highway robbery. I will never ever do business with Flagstar again. Shoddy, and slow, customer service, on top of astronomical charges. On a scale of 1-5, you get a 1 for being able to properly perform the essential tasks of your position as a bank teller.
