  I stopped using the harrison branch years ago and go the extra few miles to Evart branch. My mother quit using harrison and goes to Clare. Today I just took my senior father to clare branch as well. Harrison employees are rude, and treat THEIR MEMBERS as if they are stupid if they don't understand. The way talk down to folks and do it right in front of other members is purely sickening and unprofessional. Mfcu needs to do something about the Harrison location. Skill building, training class, something. Losing so many members due to the lack of good customer service. Causing members to drive further in this economy when expenses are already painful. Harrison mfcu should be ashamed of themselves.

  Have always had a great experience with them, I have come every two weeks for the past year and a half and they always great customer service!

  Do not come here! They are constantly short staffed, taking your money, being late way to damn much with the direct deposit payment, and taking way too damn many days to return it, not the only issue with money either. This bank sucks, will never go here
