Two tellers, no other customers they each made eye contact at one time or another and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge a customer in the lobby. When I was acknowledged, there was no greeting, no How can I help you? Nothing, just a hand reaching for my paperwork. I match energy. 😕 Pride yourself on boring? Why not raise the bar? Poor customer service. Also, if PNC cared, they would acknowledge and respond to poor reviews.

I asked for the branch manager I was told she was out to lunch at 11:00 a.m. I can only guess at 11:00 a.m. that said manager is avoiding calls because the branch manager doesn't want to talk to anybody. Room for improvement hard to trust ones banking with no basic skills or care for their customers.
