  Wanna go to a bank that trash talks Americans? You know the country you live in is America Right? 4 women in the bank 1 man actually working. People in the bank waiting for over 20 minutes with a very few amount of actual customers. Instead of taking care of the customers. This is what had occurred and went down. Is D E I still going on in Michigan? Over heard 2 women talking trash about a customer because they have people who can’t speak proper English taking calls for there company. I mean if I’m living in America hearing Spanish prompts and getting someone on the phone you can’t even understand. You wanna talk to someone in Americas. Usually so your data don’t get compromised would be a main reason. Actually understanding the other person you’re talking to is important. So after making a huge ordeal about a situation they could have resolved. They made it worst. Don’t ever trash talk Americans. They pay your bills! You might be talking about someone who has a military dad mom brother sister cousin friend. We enjoy our freedoms. As well as treating fellow American as well as your own customers with respect instead of trying to side with someone who isn’t American! We Are America 🇺🇸 We Speak English Here!

  Do not deal with these Banks. They will close your account without even letting you know. Every Branch I've been in has been dirty and not maintained and they don't care about their customers.

  I use the ATM here, when it is working, also the construction in the parking lot was a real hassle to get in and out of. I've had little employee interaction

  Where is the basic customer service??? Rude. Two tellers, no other customers they each made eye contact at one time or another and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge a customer in the lobby. When I was acknowledged, there was no greeting, no How can I help you? Nothing, just a hand reaching for my paperwork. I match energy. 😕 Pride yourself on boring? Why not raise the bar? Poor customer service. Also, if PNC cared, they would acknowledge and respond to poor reviews.
