Two tellers, no other customers they each made eye contact at one time or another and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge a customer in the lobby. When I was acknowledged, there was no greeting, no How can I help you? Nothing, just a hand reaching for my paperwork. I match energy. 😕 Pride yourself on boring? Why not raise the bar? Poor customer service. Also, if PNC cared, they would acknowledge and respond to poor reviews.
