- CBCrystal BrownFeb 4, 20265.0This is an update: As sweet as "Laurie" is I'm embarrassed to say I think her name is actually Linda. First and foremost I would like to thank Laurie at this branch. She is sweet, kind and friendly but most importantly she will make sure everything is done properly and correctly and also goes the extra mile to make sure. I've only been in this branch a handful of times since I've moved. Each time I had many different transactions along with an address change, etc.. so many things in each visit I'd have to bring notes so I wouldn't forget anything. I have been fortunate enough to always arrive with Laurie there ready to help. As far as the bank itself, I love the personalized attention even prior to moving, my branch was in St. Clair Shores and both branches are wonderful to work with. Since moving I've tossed around the idea of closing my accounts there because of the distance it is away from me but I hate the thought of it. Flagstar has always had my back and helped me through so much. So in closing I will just add a note to the powers that be. Please consider opening a branch in Richmond or Lenox. There's plenty of space to be had in these and surrounding cities. We need you!
