- MMMary Merlo6 days ago5.0Today we met Monica at the Canton location of PNC We were distressed after zeal credit Union messed up our mother's trust for 8 weeks. Monica was wonderful and helped us get everything straightened out she was knowledgeable courteous intelligent professional and such a joy to speak with. I can't say enough good things about her she put all of our stress and worries at ease because she knew exactly what she was doing with a trust. Thank you PNC and especially thank you Monica!
