  I brought my mom in to cash a check. Dawn helped us. Dawn overstepped her position as a teller. She was telling my mom, who has Alzheimer’s, that she needs to tell her children to …. I called to speak to a manager. Both manager and assistant manager were there, but couldn’t take my call. I left my name and number and neither called me back. VERY unprofessional!!

  Today we met Monica at the Canton location of PNC We were distressed after zeal credit Union messed up our mother's trust for 8 weeks. Monica was wonderful and helped us get everything straightened out she was knowledgeable courteous intelligent professional and such a joy to speak with. I can't say enough good things about her she put all of our stress and worries at ease because she knew exactly what she was doing with a trust. Thank you PNC and especially thank you Monica!

  Terrible experience with a man with a ponytail, he was rude and refused to serve us even thought we have been there for years without a single problem. I suggest everyone avoids this guy as he rude and doesnt listen at all
