  Last straw for me is seeing they changed their hours. No longer open till 1 on Saturdays. On top of that I've had not good experiences here. I went to take out money from my account last year for a car, they was questioning me what I'm doing with it, preasuring me to use a check instead, and they told me I had to leave the bank while they counted it. What??? It wasn't even that much. So I did and came back. Really rubbed me the wrong way. Then I had a a bunch of change rolls. They were questioning where i got it from. Like excuse me ive been saving it. They told me they only take 10 rolls a day, because they have to count it. Isn't that your job? So I had to come back 5 separate days just to get cash for my change rolls. Will be closing account soon. It's a joke and their attitudes at times and how they question you is beyond offensive.

  Super disappointed in my experience. Came into the branch the nov 18 sat down with a lady who was training another staff member which is no problem. Brought in document for address change and to order a new debit card because mine is due in dec. she tells me she was able to change my address and let me know it was ordered..fast forward to nov 28th still no card i call the branch back and turns out they never ordered my card. So now i have to wait over a week for a card while i have to pull money out from a flagstar atm which im not even close too. The lady in the beginning needs to listening to customers and stop trying to sell people on other banking products like a mortgages when she cant even be trusted to follow thru on a simple debit card re order. They did nothing to compensate other than finally putting in a re order for my card after the fact. I’ve had nothing but issues with flagstar no matter what branch
