- AAAngelikaSep 24, 20251.0I usually go to my PNC branch in Ohio, but when I’m visiting my parents, I stop at the PNC in Brighton, Michigan. Unfortunately, every time I’ve gone there, I’ve had a negative experience with the staff being rude and unhelpful. The first time I visited after opening my account, I didn’t know how to fill out deposit slips and was also in the process of trying to get a vehicle that day. When I asked for help, the staff acted like they didn’t care and made no real effort to assist. Since then, whenever I’ve deposited cash, the workers’ attitudes have been dismissive and unprofessional. Most recently, I had an issue with a check not going through at the ATM. I went inside to figure it out and was immediately told I needed a renewal check—without the employee even looking at it. Today I found out that the check was fine, which means I wasted another trip to the bank because of their lack of effort. Overall, my experiences here have been frustrating and disappointing. I can’t wait to switch back to Lake Trust once I move back.

I went in & was assisted by Vicki Kresge @ the PNC Bank in Brighton, MI. When I went in it was approximately 4:50PM or so. I was only planning to ask questions and come back earlier in coming days to get the card done. Vicki was willing to do the card right away, for which I was astounded. It was done in short time! I feel that Vicki should be "Highly Commended" for Her dedication to Customer Satisfaction! Thank You very much for having people like Her there!
