- EEErinJan 21, 20261.0I have had the worst experience with Flagstar. These last few weeks have been unnecessarily stressful due to the CONTINUOUS hold, restrictions and online banking issues. Three times I've been at the point of sale in my purchase and my card didn't work (money was available), it got to the point where I had to leave the restaurant to go to the bank to get cash to pay for my food. Three times on three different days I've tried to transfer money into my account and the transaction didn't complete due to errors with online banking. I've spoken with numerous customer support agents who have not helped me and only offer apologies and a callback in 2-3 business days, which doesn't help with the situation at hand.
- IHIcha HimuraNov 25, 20201.0Please do not go to this branch, the assistant manager, Arjeolla is very unprofessional and will mislead you to get more sale and she would refuse the false statement she made. She only cares about making her number and sale but when there is an issue, she will run away or refuse to fix it. The manager is also never pick up the phone. I already warned my friends and colleague about her. Go to a different branch because this one is very unreliable.
