- PTPreston ThummOct 19, 20251.0I'm done with Flagstar as a whole. This is not a review for this specific branch, its a review for Flagstar as a whole. There is zero reason I should have to have my bank hold my hand so much that I have to list which states I go to in order to use my own card, and even less reason for there to be money on my card I can't use because I somebow have "insufficient funds". I will be closing my account and going to another bank after 13 years of using this one, which is sad as hell.
- QKQueen KincsemFeb 16, 20241.0If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I kept money (over $300) in my account & didn't touch it for a period of time, so they closed my account & didn't tell me. (I even continued to get info about changes to the bank & how it would affect my account.) I was still able to log in online & the app with no notification, so I had no idea. When I found out, I tried to retrieve my money, as I live in a different state now, they refused to give it to me even though they've had my current address since I moved. So essentially they stole my money! This bank is a thief & I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
