- CSConner SackettApr 2, 20221.0Usually have great experience with all pnc branches but today I was met with a rude entitled staff member who argued with me because I didn’t have a second form of ID which I have never been asked for in my 10+ years of banking with pnc. It’s always been a debit card and a ID and you can do your transaction. It was a simple transaction of 21$ which should’ve taken 3 minutes. To top it off there atm wasn’t functioning properly forcing me to enter the bank. The other employee also reaked of cigarette smoke. Don’t stop at this bank if your looking to make a quick stop away from your home city.
