I had experienced a concern, and Yvette, the manager called me back immediately, listened to my concerns and made everything better. The service she provided was exceptional. She not only helped with my concern, but went over and beyond to turn everything around! All the staff are very friendly and always there to help. They have even offered services to help me and my financial situation. I am glad I am a member here and encourage others who are not, to join as well. You won't regret it. Everyday banking to loans they are friendly, personable, professional, prompt and fair. I don’t feel like I’m just another number. I even live out of state and that makes no difference to them and their accommodations! Financially, having a credit union is advantageous and they blow my other banking experiences out of the water!
