  So disappointed with my experience at PNC and the branch manager and I finally closed my account today. I work primarily with senior citizens in the amount of times they have their drive-through closed is ridiculous A lot of Seniors ration their energy And don’t expect to have to go into a branch and wait in line. The drive-through should not be closed during business hours ever I also don’t feel like the branch manager knows what’s going on with anything. He is unable to give Accurate basic information about accounts. I also had to go into the bank and meet with the branch manager in order to get a new debit card as mine was compromised. This wouldn’t happen at any other bank. The people working in the bank don’t Anything Except point you to their customer service phone number. I’ve disputed one charge in all the time I have been with PNC. It was a scam and I disputed it within the time allotted, and it was declined by PNC So glad to be done with this bank!

  Left with the feeling that there are still good people in the world, thanks to Taylor, who helped me out without even being asked to. She went above and beyond to ease the stress of a very rough month for me! I'm grateful for such a wonderful experience!

  Today I used the drive up window and the teller that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She even offered me some treats for my furry companion in the back seat!
