- YCyes you canSep 12, 20241.0Prepare to wait! I live around the block from this location and purposely drive out of my way for better service. PNC as a whole is okay, it’s a big bank. This branch in particular is ALWAYS understaffed. The staff can be hit or miss. Some days nice some days well. I can’t even get mad at them if I was the only person working with a wild line I would probably be a little frustrated. Shame on senior leadership for how this branch is ran. They clearly just don’t care.
