And it is taking 15 minutes or more per customer. Now, mind you, the governer is about to put a lockdown on for the state of Michigan. It takes 45 minutes and they still have me pull to the side and give me a hard time about getting my money. So an hour of my time, a headache, an unsuccessful call to customer service, and a service fee later I'm stuck wondering,"Why would anyone use this bank?"
