- AAAngela AlasciaJan 22, 20261.0This review is about TurboTax online, not the Westminster branch. I have been ready to file my taxes since mid-January and cannot because the home energy section is currently unavailable. I posted a question in the forum asking when it would be available and a "tax expert"responded that the issue would be resolved by 1/21/2026. 1/21/2026 came and went and the issue was not resolved. After the 21st, another "expert" posted saying the issue would be resolved by this Friday, 1/23. Speaking to someone is almost impossible (unless you pay), but I called the local branch and spoke with someone who sets appointments. This is something that they need to change. Someone should be available to answer general questions, especially when the issue is the fault of the business. She explained that her job was concierge, but that she could connect me with someone from tech support. I spoke with someone who said that the issue would be resolved by 1/26 (they just keep delaying this). I told them I would wait until 1/26, but that if the issue isn't resolved by then I will be taking my business elsewhere, as I don't want to wait. All of these are excuses. They claim that they're waiting on the IRS, but it's my understanding that other tax services already have the necessary information from the IRS. I'm disappointed and will not be using them again; there are too many other options to settle for sub par customer service.
