- JJJDec 13, 20251.0I don’t know who the lady with the green sweater was that’s a manager She was rude nasty and I’m considering pulling my biz account I can’t believe how she treated both the teller and me The other teller whispered I’m sorry This manager told the new teller you will handle these types of things this way in concerns to a debit card before you ever get me out of my chair Well then she started on me about my pin I told her I didn’t use a pin she demanded I use it anyway I’m not sure I can work with this

- JJJesseJul 9, 20251.0I have been to this branch now 3 times to cash checks. Thank goodness I don’t have account here! Every time I’m waiting here for long period time. They clearly don’t have enough staff. This time I was in line there were 2 tellers and one seen the line of people,phone was ringing someone was at the drive thru and he just left. Leaving the only 1 teller! I thought customers come first your break or whatever was more important clearly. Working in retail and customer service for years I would have never did that. Definitely would not recommend this branch

I told I am fine but the bank sucks. He invited me into his office and off offered me assistance. The original woman who I had been dealing with barged into the office and told me how unprofessional I was. Granted I said the word sucks but I did not be abusive to any individual in that location. I was ashamed and imbarassed at her reprimand and left immediately. I have been with PNC. For a very long time and I do not appreciate such treatment
