  I started out loving the PNC Towson Branch. I couldn't say enough good about PNC Towson. Allie is the nicest most professional person in the branch. Then I visited the bank on July 21st, 2025 and saw their true colors. A so called banker was an angry young man. He was rude and overbearing. I asked my about unexpected funds in my savings account. This so called "Banker" said my credit card was nearing the max limit then "WARNED ME" about the EVILS of using too much of my credit balance. This PNC "Banker" lectured me FICO score chastising me as if I was a fiscal idiot. This PNC Banker couldn't be bothered to check my credit card payment history. This PNC Banker Checked he would have seen I PAY MY CREDIT CARD BILL IN FULL EVERY MONTH. This "PNC Banker" chastised me for NOT maintaining my accounts in good order because my credit card was near its limit!" That I had enough to pay down my balance in my accounts. I would have paid down my credit balance at the end of the month. He pressured me to pay it that day. Next this so called banker tried to UPSELL ME TO A NEW CREDIT CARD saying my old credit card was obsolete and no longer offered. I did not need a new card and did not care but I said ok I'll take the new credit card. I said I will close the old card soon as I have the new one active. Then he says OH ITS NOT GOOD TO CLOSE A CREDIT ACCOUNT IT DAMAGES YOUR FICO SCORE! I was really upset by this time I don't give a damn about my credit score as I have no huge purchases to make. He was pushing me to keep two credit cards which I think is fiscally irresponsible. ONE Credit card is more than enough for my needs. But he was really pushing me to take two credit cards. When I pushed back he got this nasty holier than thou attitude. This man pushed me like a street corner thug to buy his banks aggressively marketed products and services and got upset with me for not yielding to his hard sell tactics. I say all this because PNC did not always act in the brutal way. Bankers asked me if I were interested in new items, I'd say no and they let it drop. This new PNC Bank Towson Branch has these new steel eyed bottom line sales sharks who use vile pressure tactics to shoehorn you into their offerings. What I find most offensive his the bankers are sadistically arrogant in "teaching us the great unwashed masses about financial products and mechanisms like FICO scores." This wet behind the ears banker who I've never met before has the arrogant nerve to think that in a few seconds after meeting me he knows my finances well enough to lord over me with his perfect banking advice. This PNC Branch Towson has become the epitome of for profit driven arrogance. I'm looking for a new bank to do business with. I would not trust people in this PNC Branch with pennies from my gum ball machine.
