Shockingly all branches are closed today with no recourse but to wait and spend even more time and money chasing down fraud that PNC benefits from.

I went through the drive thru to make my deposit like I do most days but today she very rudely told me that I would need to come in because of the deposit amount. I understand rules and have no problem with following them but there was no reason for her to be so rude as well as I am unsure why this has never been a problem any other time. There are also no signs posted stating that this is the policy so I am unsure how I was supposed to know. I have personal accounts there as well and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at PNC.
