  Switching to Truist right down the street for a free $300 online promotion after PNC let multiple fraudulent charges stand on my account after their “investigation.” Website would not process disputes nor over the phone. Shockingly all branches are closed today with no recourse but to wait and spend even more time and money chasing down fraud that PNC benefits from.

  If I could give them -100 I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank. I wanted to move money from one account to another and the woman named Stephanie had such a bad attitude about it. I decided to just take it all out and will go to a different bank altogether! Don’t bank here. They feel they are above everyone else with their basic customer service jobs.

  I was charged a fee without being notified at the branch in person. I just noticed it while I was going through my account online. Poor customer service.

  I usually love going to this location but the woman working the drivetru today needs a reminder that she is in a customer service industry. I went through the drive thru to make my deposit like I do most days but today she very rudely told me that I would need to come in because of the deposit amount. I understand rules and have no problem with following them but there was no reason for her to be so rude as well as I am unsure why this has never been a problem any other time. There are also no signs posted stating that this is the policy so I am unsure how I was supposed to know. I have personal accounts there as well and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at PNC.
