Usually when people are doing complicated business (setting up accounts, getting a second person on an account, etc.), you get to sit down and talk to someone. Here, they just gave us a piece of paper to fill out, which didn't do at all what we had requested, and gave us the run-around. I just ended up going to another branch because I could never get a straight answer from this one. They even spelled my partner's name wrong on important documents. These people have no idea what they're doing, and there are two other branches in close proximity that are competent. Go there instead.
