    Honestly delightful service, walked straight up the cashier, she was polite and helpful and nice when I didn't understand the process. There was one thing she couldnt help me with but she explained how I could get assistance. I was expecting bad service based on the other google reviews so this was a nice surprise!

    Went to take some money off my card at the ATM outside once I put my card in the machine glitched then it said machine unavailable someone coming to fix it then it went back to its regular screen... my card got took then they claim they can't do nothing when I called... then I called again cause this bank should be responsible for there machine and looking at the reviews this been going on for a while and obviously this branch didn't fix its problems. Called second time lady says in the morning go back let them know so they can get a tech out. Let's see

    Completely incompetent. Usually when people are doing complicated business (setting up accounts, getting a second person on an account, etc.), you get to sit down and talk to someone. Here, they just gave us a piece of paper to fill out, which didn't do at all what we had requested, and gave us the run-around. I just ended up going to another branch because I could never get a straight answer from this one. They even spelled my partner's name wrong on important documents. These people have no idea what they're doing, and there are two other branches in close proximity that are competent. Go there instead.
