  The lone and inconveniently placed ATM is out of order AT LEAST 1-2 times per month when I visit. I’ve never experienced this with any other bank/ATM. Get it together.

  Terrible customer service at multiple locations and with their 800# customer service line. I definitely do not feel valued and will be closing my account as soon as the pending transaction clear.

  I've been with them for years and have never had any problems. Always had great customer service too.

  The worst service I have ever encountered. They would not cash a check from their own bank location without forcing me to open an account. In 30 years I have never been treated this way. I called corporate and they told me it was up to the manager to decide to cash my check or not. Being forced to open an account to turn around and close an account is the worst form of service. After providing both a state ID and a passport as identification and running a credit check I was opened an account. Also forced to wait a week and holding a portion of my check before the account will be closed. Highly recommend not banking here.
