I was with my previous bank for 15 years and decided to switch to a bank that was a more convenient location for me on my way to work. I made a HUGE mistake. On the 2 occasions that I have been in the lobby I have gotten nothing but rudeness. I asked an employee a question and her annoyance that I interrupted her was written all over her face and her rude responses. I have just never dealt with such rude people at a bank in my life. On top of that not one person I have talked to has had one nice thing to say about this bank. I will ask around next time. I will be switching to another bank immediately!
