- AEAri ElfasiFeb 19, 20261.0Absolute HORRENDOUS customer service. PNC incorrectly asserted that I cashed a check twice and then deducted 4K from my checking account. I went to speak with a consultant who could barely explain the situation to me after I waited on the phone to speak to someone for 40 minutes who had NO IDEA what was going on and suggested I go to a physical branch. I am taking my money elsewhere and banking with someone else. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Given the small waiting area, you would think they would have a sign which would help people step up to queue rather than crowd around the front doors (common sense) Today there was no line but nevertheless became unpleasant when one teller gestured me to come up only for the adjacent teller to cut me off mid deposit request and say “he is closed you have to wait”. So i watched two tellers be “closed” while i waited for a third to return from the back office. It is obvious the second teller just assumed I stepped up without direction. Regardless if I did, without signage, who cares!? This location always seems to have a bunch of people working but only one teller available. If more PNC locations in Montgomery county accepted cash like the good ole days, I wouldn’t go here. (I even tried going to another newer location but they never seem to have their “1” teller on duty when I go…. Since when is it so hard to deposit cash at a bank!?)
