- AGA GraydonNov 10, 20251.0Slow service . Lack of knowledge!!! Very annoyed i walked into this location twice in 1 day and neither of those times was my issue resolved ! Waste of my damn time !!! I went to open another account and to their standards the documentation i provided today was not enough but was enough to open the same type of account 6 months ago !! I will be closing my checking account with PNC and will be taking my business to another Bank ! I can’t stand to come to this place ever again .

Deposit money orders, verify my business account, change foreign currency, change verbal password. They were only able to cash my money orders, for everything else they had lousy excuses. I will admit I did not have an appointment but you should still be able to accommodate easy walk in requests. I was supposed to meet a banker and after 20 minutes I left. Terrible customer service.

We have two other branches closer to our home but he specifically chooses to come here because of the rapport built over the years. I am contemplating bringing my business over as well at this point because of how we are treated here.
