The woman said sure and even told me how much it would cost. Taking her word for it, I walked up to the branch only to be told that they would not cash my money order unless I had an account. I could see them saying no if it was a personal check, but a money order is pretty official. I am in the market for a new bank and I was going to consider PNC in Perryville, but this turned me off.
- DBDawn BauerJul 13, 20171.0They don't care about keeping a customer and want to charge 7$ a month fee for not having 500$ in my account .Surprise to me no papers sent no explanation after over a year I get these charges and when I spoke with the lady from Perryville and told her I was going to close the account it was like oh well see you when you get here. Wow professionalism at its finest!
