Very conveniently located (for me and my wife), never that busy, and customer service is always fantastic. Hours are also excellent, and features a drive through service. I have tried all the banks in the area, PNC is hands down the BEST in terms of fees, policies, and website features

Even after I told them we're getting things in order with one of their financial advisers for a mortgage on a new house, they couldn't waive it. In fact, the old hag sitting in her cubicle chuckled. After I submit this, I'm calling in and cancelling. I Can't believe we almost financed our home with a place like this...
