The bank manager Ms Root was exceptional. I received a thorough explanation of the setup. Having established a business account in another state some years ago I got excellent guidance from Ms Root. As a result I felt well equipped to sell books at book signings and other events. I wanted to express my gratitude. Also staff there always contributes towards making this bank a pleasant experience on each occasion. Thank you! Belinda L.
- JJjaime jayFeb 27, 20241.0What is the point of having a bank with a drive-through when you’re going to have it closed every day for the last two weeks and who knows how long in the future!? What was the point of getting rid of the PNC Hereford branch? At least their drive-through was ALWAYS open. Come on PNC, first you get rid of the two really good clerks that had been there for 40+ years and now you get all these new yahoos that can’t run the counter and the drive-through at the same time. What about the old people in the community that depend on the drive-through? Let me guess, you’re gonna tell them to sign up for mobile/online banking? Yeah, right. Come on PNC Do better.

Tried to open an account for my daughter and couldn't help me because 1 employee was stuck in traffic. There were 4 employees there and no one could help and wanted me to make an appointment for 4 hours later after I drove specifically to this branch. Think I need to consider changing banks all together.
