A service team member has been notified". I called PNC Customer Service to file a complaint and they were very helpful. But, I will never use this ATM again.
- RSRuth SiegelMar 23, 20205.0I used this branch when it was a local bank in the 80s. It went through several corporate changes: Mercantile Bank and then PNC. Although PNC has to be the worst bank in the United States, the staff and management of this branch remains solid. Emily helped me to solve a problem that I have been trying to solve for two years: cancel a transfer of funds from my PNC account to an external bank. Even corporate does not have a clue on how to solve anything, even how to correctly execute wire transfers. Since this is a DBA business account, switching to another bank is too difficult, so I am stuck with PNC. But the Olney Branch "makes things work!" Thanks to this branch and Emily for solving a problem that no one else had the brains to solve!
