- RJRichard JendrekMay 1, 20181.0I had a 20 minute wait at the drive thru this AM that is totally unacceptable. I called the manager of the day at the West Ocean City branch in ZIP 21842. My complaint fell on deaf ears. Priority should be given to the drive thru customers, not the walk-ins. When I mentioned the uselessness of a greeter she said it was not useless - for reasons I should not know, but one reason is security. I first replied that we customers are not stupid and do not need a guide. Then the security angle was mentioned. Tell me. What will an unarmed female do when an armed robber enters the bank? I say they will do nothing but get out of the way. This is disgusting and I blame Corporate for this disrespectful attitude to customers
