Today I wanted to stop in to expand my accounts with PNC. Was asked what I was there for and once the teller acknowledged it wasn't something she could process, the room was met with silence. Not a "Hold one one second while I find someone who can help you"...Now, I'm not unreasonable and understand that it's the last hour of business and you may have BIGGER things to take care of but acknowledgement goes a long way. Instead of waiting a few minutes and then letting me know someone will be with me shortly. I felt extremely unwelcome. LOVE my ABERDEEN location.
