  Sat in the PNC drive thru for over 20 minutes behind 1 car at the atm/teller. Drove off to use the ATM across the street with a fee. Ridiculous. Update: Got money from the atm at the gas station across the street, drove back into the shopping center, picked up my prescription next door, & the same car was in the drive thru 10 minutes later.

  Paid PNC’s fee to take $200 out of their ATM because I’m going on vacation. Then went inside to exchange the 20s for smaller bills and was told that unless I was a PNC customer, they could not exchange bills. Technically, paying a fee for a service makes me a customer, but they would not budge. It’s especially strange since it was bills from their own ATM. A bank is literally how you exchange bills as stores do not have the ability to do it. Really awful-will never be a PNC customer with policies like that. Don’t masquerade as a bank if you can’t do normal bank things!

  Awful came in to open an account for my teenage son. At 423 they said it takes 45 minutes and we close at 5..they asked me to reschedule.. go to mt airy I get asked to work late all the time..10 minutes awful branch
