- KWKelly WalkerApr 26, 20231.0Paid PNC’s fee to take $200 out of their ATM because I’m going on vacation. Then went inside to exchange the 20s for smaller bills and was told that unless I was a PNC customer, they could not exchange bills. Technically, paying a fee for a service makes me a customer, but they would not budge. It’s especially strange since it was bills from their own ATM. A bank is literally how you exchange bills as stores do not have the ability to do it. Really awful-will never be a PNC customer with policies like that. Don’t masquerade as a bank if you can’t do normal bank things!
