Because you falsely stated your company can do taxes but then leaves the actual difficult part for us to do. My DC30, FR31s are STILL undone with ZERO assistance or referrals coming from you guys!!! What’s the sense of filing if the state taxes aren’t gonna be completed??!?! Also called the IRS seeking direction and deduced that I received false information from Turbi Tax about whether I’d need to file a Schedule H or not. Just a terrible experience altogether!!!
