  Liked it better before the merger. Just liked getting my direct deposit on Thursday. Also if you lost your debit card you could walk Into the branch for a replacement.

  Can’t even pay my car loan for the past month. This transition is horrible. I’m getting voicemails to pay my car but can’t even pay online…

  If I could give a zero I would. It has been weeks trying to get this transition completed every time you call. You're on hold for over an hour and a half. We finally did reach someone. They were not pleasant. Treated us like we were stupid. We still are not able to access and transfer various things in our account and I can't get one of my credit cards to work. This has been the worst transition/merger I have ever experienced and I have been around a long time.

  I am so beyond fed up. My daughter certificate is up for renewal, yet the email that is on the paper, no one responds to. I have tried to called 5 times and cant get ahold of anyone. I have tried the call back feature and no one calls back. This transition has been HORRIBLE.

  Update days after. Still locked out of my account. No phone call, no email. Was good when was AFFCU. Now you can't even get ahold of someone at the branch. Spent 20mins on hold just to get someone overseas that couldn't help me and threw me back into the call queue. I'll be finding another credit union.
