No actual teller service, only automated system which often times is ineffective. 5-6 employees working at location have no interest in helping with any day to day banking matters.

Really Disappointing…
I’ve been using this branch since I was 19 years old. I went to go cash a check and use the virtual teller. It wouldn’t connect. So I go inside and am told to use the virtual teller. I go back and it still won’t connect. I made a mistake by putting a check in my wife’s account (instead of mine) using the ATM and now the check is bounced and I have to wait 10 days with a fee. Yes, my fault for grabbing the wrong debit card to deposit, but it’s really sad there was NO ONE to help me when I am trying to simply cash a check and ensure it’s put in the correct account. A bank should have tellers to help people in person. Honestly, ready to move banks as PNC corporate still hasn’t responded. I’m all for progressive thinking and making work easier but why wasn’t there anyone to help?
