  We moved all accounts from PNC. We banked with them for 28+ years. They've closed the majority of their local branches and the customer service at the remaining ones sucks. I cashed a $25 money order at the drive-thru. Later that evening when I opened the envelope I found $250. I was at the drive-thru the next morning when they opened. I explained what happened (it was the same teller.) She insisted she made no mistake and would not take the $225 overpayment. I asked if she was sure and she was. Within 30 minutes she called admitted there was a mistake and wanted me to bring the money back immediately. I told her I tried once. If she wanted it yhat fast, they could come and get it. She said they'd just take it from my account. I told her that had better not happen, I'd bring it by the next time I was out that way. She was rude and obstinate when I returned the money later that day. I wanted to close my accounts but I couldn't because the manger didn't have time to see me without an appointment. My new bank closed my old accounts and transfered my funds to my new accounts. That ended my 28+ years relationship with PNC and no one ever called to find out why.

  I have a business check from my employer That has a account here.They had me sign my check even know I didn't want to because once you sign it no where else will cash..Then they would not cash because it's drawned of different bank.I nicely asked for the manager to write a note so I had proof bank had me sign.Manager Leo was so rude .He told me no.That bank employees act like they are better than you.I will never go back ..

  Been banking here forever, I don't have to go to branch often, but the last 3 visits were not good. Went today and stood there for 20 minutes, one person visible and was helping people, 4 of us just waiting with no one there to help. I will need to go back later, I simply needed to get into a deposit box. I hope they read these reviews and make some adjustments

  My husband and I waited over 45 minutes to make a 2 minute deposit. There was one teller for the lobby processing a sale, one person on the drive through, and one manager who didn’t help a single person standing in the line going out the door. Last time I went in to complain about a dispute not processing, the teller left my information out in the middle of the lobby for everyone to see. If I could rate it zero stars I would.
