- LSLinsay SharmaJan 14, 20261.0I stopped by the Dual Hwy branch to make 2 cash deposits at the drive thru, both lanes had people in them so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. When I get to the window/camera the teller greets me and promptly states that the bank now closed at 5pm but she will go ahead and make my deposit this one time. Mind you it was 5:01 when she said this to me. I told her that I had been waiting in the line for over 10 minutes. I had everything ready to go also, deposit tickets were filled in with account numbers and everything. She makes my deposits, turns off the camera and sends the drive thru tube back with my receipts without a single word. No, here you go, thank you, NOTHING! Just turns off the camera! This is so completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I've been banking with PNC for probably 15 years and never have I ever had such a rude employee interaction! These transactions were done on 01/12/2026 at 5:03pm, cashbox 05 for the bank manager that hopefully reads this.
- AAAnneJan 14, 20261.0I wanted to love this bank, because Sam and her team seemed amazing. We opened an account with them in July 2025 during their promotional period to receive the $400 deposit if we met all the qualifications, we did but we didn't receive our deposit. We were promised we would get it in 90 days at the latest, it's now February 2026 and no deposit. We have been trying to resolve this issue since the summer mind you, at first we tried to call to see about the status but were dismissed. Then we made an appointment and went into the bank to try and resolve the issue, again nothing. There were no explanations, just run arounds. Sam and her manager decided that email would be the best way to keep in contact after this whole ordeal and since OCTOBER 29th, 2025 its been the same message "I'll look into it and I'll get back to you by the end of the day", but guess what? She never has, not one. single. time.
