I spoke on it and Denise acted like she didn’t know what was going on although she is the one that took my name I decided to leave and go to another branch. I will give this branch less than one if I could based off of Denise‘s improper actions And inability to correct her mistake. I drove all the way from DC to be disappointed. I feel like I deserve the same respect that everybody else got

Ali was hospitable and greeted me upon passing by and mentioning someone would be with me shortly. He logged my name in the system and detailed I could wait in my car. Vivian C was the banker I worked with and she was very welcoming and informative giving solid education on credit cards and promptly addressing my current debit card concern. The removal of 1 star on this post, was due to the manager Eileen being a less than hospitable upon me arriving and waiting to be helped. She walked by me twice gazing over my head without a hello or a comment that someone would be with me shortly or even a question of if I had been helped while I waited at the empty service desk. The security guard had tried to contact her for direction of where I should go no avail. It was after my continued stand that Ali had come to assist. (See above) Overall a good experience, but my primary suggestion would be consistency in customer service.
