- KMKyle MackallApr 9, 20261.0I had a 5:15pm appointment on 4/9/25 with Vera. I showed up only to be told they had left for the day. I was asked to wait to see another banker, but there were 2 other people also waiting who were in the same position I was in. I value my time too much for PNC to continue to waste it. Two hours of no help over the phone, then another hour of my time wasted in person. All this because apparently PNC never actually closed my business bank account that I closed 6 years ago. I am now dealing with fraudulent charges happening under said account. I have been treated rudely by other staff at this location prior, but all I have to say now is WOW. Worst PNC location I have ever been to.

- BMBonnie MorrillApr 3, 20263.0I just think that it is ridulous that you charge businesses to come inside to make a deposit and are forcing them to use the night drop to avoid the fee. Also you require someone to stand at the front door to greet people, yet they have 1 teller waiting on the lobby customers as well as the drive-thru customers while the greeter stands there doing nothing. Make this make sense. You as a company need to do better at your customer service skills. Because this is not customer service at all.

- DSDavid StitzJan 10, 20261.0Terrible bank employees I went into the Glen Burnie Branch today Saturday and at 5 minutes past 1pm the would not let me deposit cash in my account. The main door was stick unlocked and 3 people at the tellers. Jefferson a manager came over and just kept using his finger saying cut off then covered his name tag when I looked to see his name. I asked 3 times because the ATM was down like always and he turned his back and walked away on me. 10 years I have banked with them and this bank has become a place for lazy unskilled bank personal.
