- AAAmpyNov 12, 20251.0In my 45 + years of doing business with this bank, now known as PNC , I can’t believe I’m giving a very unwanted review about this bank I’ve been very loyal to all these years! This is a CONSTRUCTIVE criticism to help you keep your customers happy to do business with you. Your service is BELOW PAR for such a huge financial institution as you are supposed to be. Huge decline in your Quality of service. Very alarming to experience it indeed! A almost all times, I tried to do my banking through the drive thru to save time, today, 11/12/25 , I waited for about 25 mins and finally pushed the call button, thinking the tube is not working. The teller answered the call, I asked “ are you aware there’s a line of cars behind me , I’ve been here for 20 mins. She said” oh I heard the call so I turned around “ . Cars getting out of the line, However , Customers had been coming in and out of the building door. Does this teller know there’s a drive thru ??? They should alternately service inside and drive through customers. I understand you are understaff, however , the management should come up with a working process to make it work . Train your recruits well for maximum quality service. I MEAN NOW. Thank you for your attention on this dire need to improve your service for a win win situation both ends

One teller told me to wait for another teller while she can take care of the people waiting behind me? How does that make sense. I was forst in line but getting told to wait. Now Ive been here for an hour plus just to make some cash business deposits. My last visit to this branch. Don't bother
