I waited more than one hour for the supervisor to tell me she had a customer and that I had to wait 20-30 more minutes when I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes already for just a change of address! Seriously??? Very unprofessional staff, there was 5 people in there helping the only customer that was there instead of helping the people that was waiting there already for hours! Don’t waste your time coming to this place.

After reading all the other reviews this branch needs some training. I will never recommend to go to this branch if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.

It occurred to me more than once that she was unprofessional, dishonest, and rude in her manner and conversations with me. Everyone else at this location is fine, it is simply feels very offputting and a turn-off to feel a desire to want to return to this exact location after having these negative encounters with Nadia.
