- MWManuell WilliamsJan 12, 20261.0Poor service, You get special service of you are black it seems, I have multiple accounts with them and my first time going into a branch to make a withdrawal and the teller advised me that my driver's license is not enough to be allowed to make a withdrawal, so i said ok then i went and googled the requirements to make a withdrawal from PNC, it took me to thie web site and it clearly stated all it needed for a withdrawal was a government issued Id which i had, So i go and ask another employee if i could make a withdrawal with just my ID and she told me that i could, she attempted to address the situation but I wasn't feeling it and left. I will be reporting this to corporate! Thanks for your bigotry PNC!
