- JRJared ReavesFeb 4, 20251.0I went to deposit a Treasury Check at this branch. They did not have any tellers and advised me to deposit in the ATM. I told them it was a fairly large check from the Treasury department. They assured me that the ATM would receive the check deposit it into my account. The ATM took my check and deposited into my account them withdrew the funds saying that it was not able to deposit my check; BY the time I found out, it was after hours. RIght now, the check has been lost and I have not received a replacement to cash elsewhere. Please choose another branch to avoid confusion and loss of checks. I should have looked at the reviews of this branch first. Now I know.

Yes, we’re moving towards a digital future but cash is still a very big part of our financial world. The ATM has limitations on overall cash withdrawals such as the number of bills withdrawn and denominations. This new bank model is not serving your customers properly.
