  25MAR.2026 For my 1st and only time there, I was greeted at the front door and the door was opened for me by a nice guy who is the 2nd Officer on the right. My experience was welcoming and professional. What I need addressed there, it was in a timely manner. Thank you PNC of Frederick.

  Sat in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes before the 2 clerks stopped flirting and noticed there was people sitting in line

  I walked into this location to verify the payoff amount for a loan and write a check to pay off the balance. They were off by over $2,000 in their favor and then it took time and effort to get those funds back. Oopsies

  I had to go in three times to set up my business bank account, called seven times, including corporate, and almost a month later my business bank account is still not set up the way that I would like it set up. The bank manager, Linda promises things, and then does not deliver most importantly, phone calls and emails. I will be avoiding this branch whenever possible and I’m looking at the possibility of switching to a different bank because of how upset I am over the situation.
