The manager, Jennifer, said that the person wasn't in and she's the manager and it didn't matter what he was told she wouldn't abide by it. She refused to call that person and all he heard was no, not here's what we can do. NOT helpful at all. He has been a lifelong F&M customer and was treated VERY poorly and is now pulling his accounts, both personal and business. Lousy service and attitude.
