- PAPatch A-roniJun 23, 20231.0Bank elsewhere! Their ATM EATS Deposits & their response with no evidence the deposit was made (this is the 2nd time). Find another bank that cares when this happens. My check one of almost 20 was "eaten" by an ATM and they said they have no evidence the checks were deposited. Avoid this bank who does NOT take accountability for it's mismanaged ATMs putting your money and deposits at risk. Left a message for the manager who has not returned my call. Other banks care PNC at this branch anyway does not. Take your money and RUN! PNC should be shutdown for mismanagement and lack of caring for their customers money. Their ATM vendors they contract with should have higher quality machines that are properly serviced. PNC is NOT a bank that cares about it's customers demonstrated by not getting a better ATM vendor that guarantees deposits and expedites these issues rather than leaving the customer and the checks deposited open to identity theft and fraud with this eaten deposit from a GARBAGE ATM leased by PNC Bank, a bank that demonstrates that it does not care since this is NOT the 1st time this has happened. RUN!!

We met with Joe Holloway who asked us some questions and walked us through our options. Joe also gave us some great advice for budgeting and working towards our dreams and goals. The best part is we met with Joe another time to get his advice and make a plan to help us save money! I highly suggest visiting this PNC and working with Joe Holloway or any of the other great employees. PNC offers so much more than you think!

I was impressed with the professionalism attitude shown by the staff, specially by Uzoma Hemuka and Luis Landaverde. They made me feel appreciated, welcomed and heard and the most important thing, they took care my financial needs. I will not hesitate to recommend PNC Bank to anyone!
