- MKMatthew KnappJan 29, 20265.0I have banked with PNC for about 30 years, back before they bought out Fredericktown Bank. I used to bank at the branch on Rosemont Ave and they had great service. Unfortunately PNC sold that branch and it is now a Starbucks :( I have tried several other branches in Frederick and they have had poor service. I finally tried the 9 Monocacy Blvd, Frederick branch. The manager Uzoma Hemuka and the others working there were amazing. They made it a pleasure to visit the bank. Other branches should take lessons from these people. Job well done.

My boyfriend and I opened up a new account at this branch and we worked with Joe Holloway. Joe is very kind and friendly and extremely helpful. We really feel like he cared about us and our needs and really goes the extra mile. He is our go-to guy for all of our finances. 5 stars!
