- ANAshley NicoleDec 17, 20251.0This place is awful. They are NEVER adequately staffed and if you are looking to get in and out in a timely fashion-forget it. It is at minimum a 15 minute wait every time I have been and there is certainly no semblance of urgency here. Super frustrating. Unfortunately I have to come here due to work but other than that, I would avoid this location like the plague!

- HKHolly KJul 18, 20245.0Wanted to share my experience today at the PNC Westview location because the customer service my daughters and I received from the assistant branch manager, Justin was outstanding. We came in because Google said they had a coin machine. I inquired with Justin when we came in and they did not, but he greeted us with a smile and said do you have time? I asked my 5 and 8 year old if they wanted to count the change and they smiled and said yes. He then proceeded to grab two coin holders and headed over to the table and chair area with us where we sat and counted my daughter’s change together for over 20 minutes. He then rolled all of the change and gave us cash for it. He couldn’t have been more patient or more kind in that moment. He didn’t have to do that, he could have sent us on our way, but he took the time to help us. The other employees in the branch were also very kind and got involved in little ways. Thank you again for giving us a portion of your day when you did not have to!
