- ANAshley NicoleDec 17, 20251.0This place is awful. They are NEVER adequately staffed and if you are looking to get in and out in a timely fashion-forget it. It is at minimum a 15 minute wait every time I have been and there is certainly no semblance of urgency here. Super frustrating. Unfortunately I have to come here due to work but other than that, I would avoid this location like the plague!

- DPDavid PerkinsMay 20, 20235.0My wife had to go to a nursing home and since we had never planned for this... Medicaid was our only option. The application process was daunting to say the least. Five years of bank statements were required. I tried to get copies online to no avail. The branch manager attempted to get the records FAXED to the provider but that didn't work either. So I went to my "PNC Personal Banker" Mike Facine who made it happen. I got the copies but in "hard copy" format. To expedite things, Mike used the branch fax machine to send all five years of bank statements to the nursing home company. I can't say enough positive things about how much help my Personal Banker has been. If you need help with your banking drop by the branch at 5279 Buckeystown Pike here in Frederick, Maryland and ask for MIKE!
