- AGAndrew GoldbergSep 18, 20251.0Had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to queue through only 2 people in front of me. Then once I got up there they tried taxing me 2.5% to cash their own PNC check. Both as an individual branch and a company you've quite simply put, have got to do better.

I didn't had an appointment but he accepted and finished my work in five minutes. I absolutely recommend you to use this bank.
- DPDavid PerkinsMay 20, 20235.0My wife had to go to a nursing home and since we had never planned for this... Medicaid was our only option. The application process was daunting to say the least. Five years of bank statements were required. I tried to get copies online to no avail. The branch manager attempted to get the records FAXED to the provider but that didn't work either. So I went to my "PNC Personal Banker" Mike Facine who made it happen. I got the copies but in "hard copy" format. To expedite things, Mike used the branch fax machine to send all five years of bank statements to the nursing home company. I can't say enough positive things about how much help my Personal Banker has been. If you need help with your banking drop by the branch at 5279 Buckeystown Pike here in Frederick, Maryland and ask for MIKE!
