- MGMaureen GordonAug 28, 20242.0I withdrew about $355 from the ATM and wanted to get change from the teller for $30 dollars of it. The teller said for “Federal Security” reasons, she could only give me change for $25 of the $30 as I wasn’t a member of that bank. I have never had this experience before and the federal security reason makes no sense. Mind you, I had already paid a $3.75 fee to withdraw from their bank. I do not recommend becoming a member of this bank as they are not friendly to the public. That is how they lose customers.

I have been to so many banks in many countries, cities, branches, etc - the professionalism , warmth and kindness of those people can’t be found elsewhere. We keep PNC as our primary bank entirely for their extraordinary service.
