The Atm ate one of my checks and didn’t deposit the check and then didn’t give me the check back once it didn’t go through. 2. I called about this and talked to one of the associates there and they said “There’s nothing they can do about it.” Then I call PNC themselves and they said “The branch schedules the time and date for the service to come.” Listen you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to open up an atm and find a check but i don’t know if these people are just lazy or what but just unhelpful at all.
